Michael Reiner is a senior journalism student at Kent State University. He is an experienced sports journalist and is currently a member of the sports department at Kent State’s student-run television station, TV2.

Michael enjoyed the opportunity to report on environmental issues. His stories focused on the history of the Cuyahoga River and how people have been affected by it. He learned an amazing amount of information about the river during this process and believes the positive future of the river is all because of the people who spend long hours selflessly improving it.
